Perfume Worldwide has an immediate opportunity for Business analyst in our operations area; responsible for analyzing complex data on company operations .The successful candidate will be an analytical problem solver, have an extremely high level of market focus and a passion driving improvements to the purchasing decision.
As you further your career as a Business Analyst in Purchasing Support, you will focus on improving the success of our purchasing decision. You will analyze sales data, discover and solve real-world problems and build metrics and business cases to improve the sales performance.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support existing or develop new tools that address specific business problems or that automate processes as specified by business users.
- Analyze and solve business problems with the focus on understanding causes and driving forward-looking opportunities.
- Design new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support the future state of business processes and ensure sustainability.
- Analyze existing business processes and logic through personal observation and user interaction, recommending workable procedural improvements.
- Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree Computers science or related field.
- Aptitude for correlating our data models to actual business processes and operations.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge with an understanding of advanced functions and pivot tables
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Find fulfillment in training and mentoring others.
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
- Background in purchasing, inventory and warehouse operations a plus.
